ULTEM™ DIELECTRIC FILM for small to medium size capacitors UTF120

ULTEM™ UTF120 dielectric PEI film offers solutions for small to medium size, professional-grade capacitors, up to 10 microfarads capacitance, addressing challenging industry requirements. The film exhibits stable properties through a range of temperatures (-40 °C to +150 °C) and frequency, including stable capacitance, good insulation resistance, stable dielectric constant (Dk) and low dissipation factor (Df). ULTEM UTF120 film has been validated by customers with both film-foil and metalized electrodes, including flat aluminum, heavy edge/light body and fused/patterned electrode designs. ULTEM UTF120 film offers excellent handling through metallization, winding and capacitor squashing / flattening. Additionally, capacitors using ULTEM UTF120 film are also capable of passing industry-standard 260 °C reflow soldering processes. ULTEM UTF120 dielectric film is available in 4, 5, 7 & 10 micron gauges sold in 620mm x 5000m size rolls.
